Weight Loss Recipe – Amazing Fat Burning Drink. There’s no such thing as a magic fat burning elixir that burns fat off just by drinking it. You’ll always have to work out and avoid crap foods to achieve the result you want BUT there are things you can consume that can give you an extra edge. You’ll need a blender and a strainer.
- 2 x Grapefruit
- 1 x lemon
- Ginger root
- Some ice (optional)
- Peel the grapefruits and throw them in to the blender.
- Cut a lemon in half, squeeze the lemon juice on top of the grapefruits.
- Cut up about a half inch worth of ginger root into small slivers. Put them in the blender.
- Put about 2 tablespoons or so of honey on top of the fruits in the blender.
- Throw a few ice cubes on top. This is optional. Makes colder and tastes better.
- Blend it up.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tall glass. This should make about 2 glasses or so.
Drink this after a workout if you’re trying to lose weight.
