Fat Loss Breakfast Shake Recipe

Trying to lose weight? Of course you are. Forget the cereal and the Special K crap. Unless you have the time or have a few hard boiled eggs prepared, this is your next best option. You can drink this and it will keep you full until lunch and your body will thank you for it. It has protein, nutrients and everything you need. Want to lose weight? Break out the ingredients and a blender and start it up.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Oatmeal – 1/4 cup
  • Banana
  • Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts – 1/4 cup
  • Walnuts – 1/4 cup
  • A few ice cubes

Recipe

  • Put it all into a blender
  • Blend it up

 

It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s healthy AF and it tastes good. Make these frequently and have them for breakfast. It will keep you full, it’s low in calories, it has minimal sugar and it will do the trick. Keep in mind that you need to work out, exercise and avoid crap food in order to lose weight and body fat.
